Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Customized or heavily embellished bridal and festival lehenga cholis cannot be returned.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
